I want to draw something everyday of 2024

While flipping through the first volume of "Our Dreams at Dusk" today, I saw a in-between chapters' drawing depicting an alley with stairs and cats. Today's drawing isn't its replica but greatly borrow from it.
I decided to draw with something I couldn't erase, even if it meant kinda messing up. I remember one of the theme of the first volume is about making decision, how difficult it can be and how scary it is to not always being able to backtrack. So I though it was fitting to draw accordingly.

That's a great grasp of perspective already, took me quite a while to draw something like this.

Drawing with something you can't erase actually helps out a lot, it makes you "think" more about the lines you put in. It definitely gets you to end up with some scrunklies here and there but it's worth it, even to deal with frustration and the likes. Helps you get that "screw it" energy.

Thank you! I'm glad you think so about the perspective, especially 'cause I tried to manage without the use of vanishing points.
I totally get the "screw it" mindset; It was very liberating in a way to not be able to take back anything. A little chaos is nice!
