More hand studies, I can definitely tell the difference in mood between my first hand study 7 months ago and now that I'm giving it another go. I'm ever so slightly anchoring bits of knowledge into my muscles, It's funny to me that I can improve without fully consciously understanding what I'm doing better. It's a weird but nice feeling.
