that's both general advice and more relevant than it appears. personal connections are the best, most fundamental truth. our ability to assess reality has always been grounded in them, whether we recognize it or not.
no idea tbh. my current plan is to use libraries more for information and weather the storm in self maintained social networks, either in irc or discord or group texts or what have you. i'm sure none of that is sufficient, so i'm pretty open to other ideas

I guess my "solution" has just been to be even more diligent when trying to get information in general and provide what you have when you can.
Then again I suspect I'm already so deeply cynical and distrustful of the output of others that if I'm being honest I've barely felt the effects of this latest wave of BS so far.
