Indiepocalypse is currently on sale as part of the itch.io Creator Day sale. Issues are available individually, as a whole, or in 5 issue bundles. I run the same sale every time itch runs a sale and the issues will never go below 30% off (except in bundles). This is even the first time I actually worked to make the full game bundle cheaper than just buying all the 5 issue bundles! Besides the fact that I am working against the practice of expected deep discount pricing, Indiepocalypse is split between 11 people. If you start running 70~90% off sales, that split gets pretty small.
And while I've got you here thinking about all of Indiepocalypse, I figure I should mention that you should check out all of Indiepocalypse. The week of each new release I go back and retweet every prior issue's release thread on twitter as a way of saying "this old issues? they're still just as good!" Instead of doing that here (and creating 36 new entries, no thanks) I'm just going to express the sentiment here.
I occasionally use the term "living library" to describe Indiepocalypse but all I really mean is that Indiepocalypse is not meant to be seen as a linear progression. A new issue is not meant to be seen as The New Thing and past issues to be seen as old news. Each new issue is just another entry into a collection and the whole collection is good! It's why my own site lists the issues chronologically.
If you're interested in games (indie or otherwise) or even just art I recommend browsing through the whole catalog when it's on sale (or any time really). You might not find that every issue appeals to you and that's fine?! Not everyone has to like everything! But you could also stumble on a game that feels made for you, that sticks with you forever, that becomes your new favorite.
