i looked this up before and apparently it means your body isn't metabolizing something and your immune system responds by generating histamines! i wonder if an anti-histamine drug would help you better enjoy a drink?

yeah I have weird allergy problems and suspect I could have MCAS and I hear allergic reactions to alcohol are more common than people think
next time you drink maybe try taking a Claritin (or your allergy med of choice) about half an hour before? i would be curious to hear if it makes a difference
