i'm yana, and i'm a musician, writer (occasional), cook (often), and tabletop/board gamer (among other games). stoked to have folks here and around in this new lil place.
i'm a founding member of 'the garages' (https://thegarages.bandcamp.com) and Fourth Strike Records, the queer not-for-profit record label stemming from that. we do some cool stuff, though it's a lot of work. i also have my own little project called 'going nowhere' (https://going-nowhere.bandcamp.com)
i currently live and work and play in and around the DC area, love the DMV. it's good.
