"I never see racism" is just a dogwhistle at this point. And what's more, it's basically a conveniently self-fulfilling prophecy. A chud says it, I block them, they never see me or anyone else sick of that self-infantilizing bullshit talk about racism, they assume there is no racism, rinse, launder accountability for learning about racism, repeat.
Of course, I could report them for it, but of course, they get the benefit of the doubt because maybe [insert reasons here]. Some of those reasons may even be valid—that's how the grift works. Or maybe I should waste my time, as I've done so often here and elsewhere, painstakingly crafting a neutrally-worded explainer under the dubious assumption that I'm talking to someone in good faith, only to have them turn to yet another chapter of the racists' playbook which I then reply to, to which they just move on to the next tactic. The key point is that none of this will convince them of anything, they will never learn anything about racism because they do not want to. ¡Ya basta!
Once again tapping the "Toni Morrison was right" sign: "The function, the very serious function of racism is distraction. It keeps you from doing your work. It keeps you explaining, over and over again, your reason for being. …. None of this is necessary. There will always be one more thing."—Toni Morrison
