Like okay I get if some transmascs don’t want to be on T but can yall not talk about how you think the effects of T are so gross and disgusting around people who are on T/want to go on T and not make fun of trans guys who develop male pattern baldness?
Sometimes people want to be bald. I’m looking forward to maybe balding on T. Because that’s the type of man I want to be. I’m looking forward to bottom growth and body hair growth.
I get not wanting this stuff or not wanting to take T, but the way some people shame and mock transmascs/trans men who do take T is just so weird.
It’s not that big of a problem on cohost and tumblr (I think it’s because there is no algorithm so people who are like this stay in their own little bubble) but god on TikTok these types of people are EVERYWHERE.
You make one post talking about how much you are looking forward to the effects of T and you immediately get 6 comments like “oh I could NEVER. I don’t want to be a hairy ugly sweaty balding monster.” Like wow okay keep that to yourself!
Most people I see doing this are teens/young adults so I get they are immature, but it’s still hurtful. I pray they mature soon and realize how to be nice to other trans people who have different transition goals than them.
