It's possible that this is just where the person works out of but yknow, I suppose I'll live if I go to one less than useful specialty appointment I guess. I've already waited a month so I'm hesitant to cancel lol
honestly i think you could probably go VERY far just applying for jobs at other hospital systems and seeing what's out there? you have a ton of experience now and its gotta look good to other places

Ahhhh rooting for you Molly!! 💛 I know job search can be a lot but you are such an incredible employee, I know you can find a gig you like where you can be valued while getting paid more for doing less 🙌🏻 I’m pretty decent at putting together resumes and cover letters at this point also so feel free to lmk if you want an editor or examples of those!
