i saw @twilight-sparkle say it wants animations on its posts and i took that as a challenge
apologies to @graham for stealing the image; it was parallel evolution
behind the magic, spoilers if you wanna figure it out yourself
you can't add animations, but there's a few that already exist. 'bounce' transitions between translateY(0) and translateY(-25%), so you need a 1200px div to move 300px. rotation gets you horizontal motion.
the other two animations are slideupleft/slideupright, which i used to make this silly thing.
