I basically always have issues with sleep, mostly in that I have absolutely zero sense of routine in anything I do, and my sleep shifts wildly every few days. A few weeks back, I got like 2 hours of sleep a day for a week straight, but then it kinda lined up and I was getting a decent amount of sleep (shifting forwards a few hours each day, which has always been my optimal setup for being *~productive~* since uni)
but then I've slept like 5 times in the last two days, for about 6 hours a time, so I just feel like I'm burning time instead and I want this pattern to go away again and change into something that at least gives me the time to do things
