I think having a to-do list has helped me a ton these last couple of weeks - less so with the actual things on the list (giving myself an incentive for completing it has helped with that instead!) but for other things I have to do that weren't relevant at the time or just not big enough to be written down.
Because now I keep monitoring my to-do list to see what I can do, which means if I think of something else, I have to do it immediately or else I'll forget about it because it's not on the list.

I can't say it's entirely worked - and it feels a bit pointless most weeks, because I won't have quite this much to do - but it's definitely made a very stressful few weeks way better and pushed me to do some things I'd have otherwise put off.
