Can you not see comments from private accounts that follow You there appears to be a ghost comment on one of my recent posts and it’s freaking me out am I haunted through the machine of knowing

They didnt block you, they are just private, if you become mutuals you'll see it :)
New feature request that Cohost add a notice when you're a private account making a comment that if they're not following you they can't see it
