salmon is probably my fave fish: baked, poached, lox, sushi, you name it - it’s all very good
even lox alone is very versatile: put it on a bagel, put it on pasta, etc
It's getting close to salmon season in katami national park! They have webcams so you can watch the salmon and the hungry bears
