Got a 10 day notice that they’ll evict us if we don’t take care of the weeds in our yard, so annoying cus last time they just asked us to do it without involving any legal bullshit, I’ve been meaning to do it anyway it’s just been you know 110 degrees out and shit, anyway it’s stressful to have this hung over my head now like I’m gonna get it done either tonight or tomorrow I already started just stressful

Yeah it’s in the lease that we have to take care of any weeds that pop up so it’s a “lease violation”
Why isn't lawn maintenance or whatever something the landlord takes care of?? God landlords can get in the sea
