It's part of the "Office key" shortcuts - Microsoft made keyboards for business use with this fancy key on them that opens Microsoft Office apps, and they implemented it by having the key send ctrl-alt-shift-win all at once and just implementing the shortcuts into windows for everyone with that. I have no idea why they included linkedin, though.
