im desperately trying

I really don’t know, this Tuesday may already have me beat

thanks I did my best and it turned out ok this time

considering that I have both EMDR therapy and group DBT on Tuesdays-- thank you; I will be thinking of this post and living by it every single week

i am tired of trying my best i am going to try my worst for a bit

It's 8pm and I did nothing. I overcooked my rice and shredded my gums.
