I’m not a big fan of bullet hells, the first STG I played as an adult was Gradius III and then I got into Parodius and I usually gravitate towards games like that still, Ikaruga is pretty cool though but I mostly just like the art, I really understand the appeal of STGs more and more now though as I get busier and busier with school, you can pick up and put down an STG really easily
