This is from local place called JA Ramen Curry, they do ramen and curry and curry ramen, they do a good job with it too, though I wish they did the thing some places do where the ingredients are in the soup bowl and you pour the soup over it instead of dumping the ingredients into the soup, it’s messy to do it the dumping way and also ruins the presentation
