Animated movie about a turkey being undervalued by animal society. "You can't even fly", "What's that dumb thing on your face?", "I hope you get eaten for Thanksgiving", etc. The turkey is also overweight and gets bullied for it by the other birds an unjust world.
Over time, the turkey befriends other outcasts (a penguin, a kiwi, other ostrich-ized birds) and learns that the things that make them all different are actually worth celebrating rather than being ashamed about.
At the height of the climactic action, when it becomes clear that the solution to the problem is something only the turkey excels at, the turkey looks directly into the camera and says "time to go gobblin' mode" as it snaps a pair of aviator goggles over its eyes.
