Is there a food Lou used to like that doesn't do anything for her post witch-attack? Vice versa, is there any that she couldn't stand or was cool on that she now loves?

she can't really stand cranberries anymore, which is a bit of a bummer for her because they're one of the foods that remind her of home. same for coffee; she was totally fine drinking hers black, but now she has to cut the bitterness with something else to stomach it at all

on the flip side, inheriting a palate that's been conditioned to eat spicy foods means that she can now actually appreciate a lot more eye-wateringly hot dishes like Jehan's curry! (she's also become a big fan of sweet desserts, but she tends to keep that to herself for various reasons)

Hey, I realised I was looking forward to watching y'all play HWI on sunday (for me) and then remembered yer probably done for that game, so I guess I'm saying good job on that game, you played it well and engagingly!

thank you so much for putting it together!! :D

tbh I'm totally up for more shenanigans in the future, but a week (or more) of rest will be welcome I think

this can't be the end of Suzuka Yamahi's adventures. she only just got a shiny new stomach!

I want to ask what would happen should an Exo unit be brought into the cat girl machine. After all, they do classify as humans, they are just in a robotic body instead of their organic flesh and blood.

Would the machine reject the subject if they were to enter the machine? Or would it simply turn them into a robotic cat girl?

MESSAGE END
STOP STOP STOP

The armor-clad fist slammed into the desk with just enough force to interrupt the conversation.

"I will not authorize a deployment into enemy territory simply to verify a theory! That's out of the question."

"Listen, it's fine!" Emily-9 said as she made an appeasing gesture with her hands, claws retracted. "We'll be going with Fireteam Potato. They already know the Crypt like the back of their hand, and they've got two spots open for their next go. They can do the whole thing by themselves! Me and sis will just sit back and watch 'till they get past security."

The girl in the back, cozy in her full-body parka, looked up from the portable screen in her hands and nodded. "Mm hm."

But their pleas were met with a brick wall. "We do not involve civilians in Vanguard operations."

"But it's for science!" Emily-9 whined, her segmented robotic tail narrowly missing the shelf as it swiped back and forth with nervous energy. "When else are we gonna get the chance to test this theory out? We'll be fine, trust me!"

"I am not inclined to trust your track record on this matter." There was a brief glance shot at the triangular ears on Emily-9's head. "Especially considering the other... machine-related incident."

"Hey hey, that one was an accident! But what's done is done, and now we have an opportunity!"

"An opportunity that will result in a confirmed civilian casualty. The answer is no."

Emily-9 stepped back, motioning to the girl behind her. "She's fine with it!! I was just telling sis about the fallen robot lady and she was like 'omg we have to do this'. It was her idea! She's into it!"

"I'm into it," the girl said, not even looking up from her video this time. "I know how it works. I recorded a message to my future self and everything, it's fine."

Their additional arguments were met with a frustrated sigh. "What will this prove, exactly?"

Emily-9 stepped forward, confident they were finally making headway. "Whether it's the same if you switch up the transformation order: crypt-machine VS machine-crypt! Plus, we have the golden opportunity of testing it with twins! Are you gonna just pass that up?"

There was a pause. A look, first to one sister, then to the other, then back to the first. "The machine you speak of has been decommissioned. The question is academic. You're wasting all of our t—"

"No, I hotwired it this morning," the girl said, looking up. She lowered her parka's hood, revealing a pair of twitching cat ears. "Like I said, it's fine. I'm into it."

The armor-clad fist slammed into the desk, with a little more force than the first time.

Did you like Dungeon Drafters?

I really did!! It was a ton of fun to mess around with builds, and I really appreciated the mix of roguelike grid combat and deckbuilding. It was also refreshing to play a game that not only let you get away with terrifying infinite combos, but encouraged them.

Super fun and didn't overstay its welcome. Definitely feels like one of those games I'll go back to and play again every so often.
