You knew this was gonna come from me: when are the megaman runs going to happen?

You're an outstanding entertainer; thank you for being awesome, friend.

ooooh...

okay so one of the ideas I've had for Good Morning Mega Man is: at some point, when I want a break, I'll go back to the classic NES games (1-6) and learn the speedruns for them. that way I'll have a new way to play them and I'll learn some techniques for when I come across more difficult romhacks! because I've kinda run out of the really good ones, haha

so that's still on the table!! if and when I do get to it, I'll do so on twitch (and then youtube) as always ^^

thanks for the reminder and the kind words!! and thank you for being wonderful, friend <3

@skulgun asked:

top 10 megaman fangames so far?

oh I can't do top 10 lists that easily, I need time! besides, I'm not even done playing all the mega man fangames that—oh you said so far.

the easy answer is every Make A Good Mega Man Level compilation

I never did make a fangame sampler to go with my romhack sampler (now moved to its new home) but rest assured that I'll do one some day! you can keep an eye on my blog to see whenever I do put one together ^^

in the meantime, if you're looking for a single game, play Super Fighting Robot imo

Anonymous Guest asked:

How did you get into Mega Man originally?

Mega Man 2 was one of the first games I ever owned, and I got really into it! whenever I would flee my bullies at primary school, I always brought with me a many-times-folded piece of paper and a pen so that I could doodle—and the first character I remember drawing was Mega Man. Also, he was blue! My favorite color!

I don't think I've cherished any character this much. Even today, whenever I work on a platformer, I always start with Mega Man physics because they just feel right to me.

When I started Good Morning Mega Man, I figured I'd just play the games I never got to play, and that would be that... but then I got attached. So I'm still at it, five years later, and as long as fans keep making Mega Man games, I'll keep playing them. <3

Hi. I originally learned about you via Giant Bomb stuff way back. I really enjoy watching you Mega Man. It's just a really pleasant thing to have on while I'm working.

thank you! <3 that means a lot to hear ^^

it's been a bit surreal to contemplate that the streaming side of my life will, for the most part, remain largely unchanged once cohost shuts down - I'll keep streaming, and a big portion of the audience I have there will simply not even notice the difference

but I'm really glad some folks knew me in both places ^^ and I'm glad my streams have been pleasant as a background presence! putting on friends' streams like this has always been a very comforting element of my life and I'm glad I can pay it forward in my own way

thanks for watching!
