I have this problem for a long time and it makes organizing the blog impossible
I have tried to pin my weekly music rec tags but they never save for some reason. I've had this issue since I first started the blog.
Something about the tag just doesn't register and nothing I try helps.

You can only pin tags that are in your top (some number I can't remember) most used, not just any of them.
EDIT: Oh it's 15, it says right there in your screenshot. Oops.
