no clue how the little bastards work but the armor you get thats based on em is really nice and I want to draw my character in it
love the ghostflame leash thing its a fun idea for sure
i do think that they're animated spirits of sorts, given how weird death is in this setting. just another kind of ghost or spirit.

I originally thought they were like the big archer Golems where they have fire in them but given the ghostflame and the normal looking feathers I am unsure
