Ive always loved the way buildings decay in the western US. It's so different from elsewhere, where buildings are overcome by moss, overgrowth, entire trees falling on or growing through them. Boards being ruined to splinters by termites and innumerable other bugs and fauna. Whereas in the western US, its so slow and comparatively clean, it almost just seems like the buildings are slouching over, like a person who fell asleep sitting on a chair.
