seconding cooking wine, also some good rice, a few different types of soy sauce, dashi, the biggest noodles i can find, and that'd probably be $50 but if it isn't i'd fill the rest up with whatever candy snacks look good :3
ddeokbokki, tonkatsu ramen, Cheese ramen, soba noodles, Tsuyu, japanese curry blocks, Thai green curry paste, carrots, mushrooms.
A few boxes of curry paste, some ramen, a big bag of rice, and one or two snacks.
(I always have chili crisps, shaoxing wine, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and maesil cheong on hand, so no need to get more of them)
tofu skin, chili bean paste, eggplant, whatever else I need for a new recipe I want to try out, and spend whatever's left on dumplings
Oden set + konnyaku, some frozen gyoza, two bottles of makgeolli, a jar of chili crisp, and if there's any leftover at this point some dimsum from the hot counter.
