I have everything under one account, im not sure if its the winning choice but i have run into any issues so long as i mark adult stuff properly

I think that Cohost has put in the effort to make it so that its up to the readers' choice as to how much nsfw content they want to see, and that you should feel comfortable posting nsfw-related stuff with the knowledge that people who really don't want to see it will not - and will be able to just scroll past anything that has good content labeling that they're not interested in!
