tl;dr: United Airlines is going to operate electric VTOL aircraft to shuttle people from O'Hare to the "downtown Vertiport" (actually near Rush Medical Center) at "rates competitive with Uber Black" so appx. $100 a trip.
dunno about you, but that's more than I'd pay to fly into Chicago in the first place... and the Blue Line is barely slower for less than a 20th of the cost, and you're actually in the Loop at the end, not some confusing maze of medical schools.
the planes are admittedly very cool, but not "elevated rates because you're avoiding the dreaded riff-raff" amounts of cool.
most promisingly, these aircraft will be much, much more dangerous than taking the train :)
