He was credited as director on the Oracle games, Four Swords, and the Minish Cap while working at Capcom. Then Nintendo poached him to write for Phantom Hourglass and then direct Skyward Sword, BotW, and TotK. Pretty interesting!

Nice. Minish Cap is an amazing game. Most people have nostalgia for Link to the Past, but when it comes to nostalgia for 2D Zelda, Minish Cap is the one I think about.
