I do think there are exceptions though, Trudeau Sr. and Laurier are pretty unique
in Australia we just have the PM that went swimming and disappeared, the PM that did mild social democracy then absolutely did not get couped by the CIA, the proto-Blair who held a beer drinking world record, absolute freakshow Tony Abbot, and significant freakshow Scott Morrison, who isn't as weird, but he's weird in a way that reflects Australia's id, like Trump, Boris, or Berlusconi
