how do we feel about the ampersand? are we team "&" or team "and"

Unironically, I love ampersands and use them frequently. More often when writing by hand than when typing; it's just faster to do one little & versus 3 letters.
Let's just say I write underscore ampersand c period underscore for that &c. swag.
