No, I don't agree with that, and oddly, it's because of Christianity. Christianity predate the concept of "whiteness" by at least a millennia or more, St Augustine, despite being depicted as white in art work, was proud of his Berber origin. I do agree that Christianity is a religion that can tend toward supremacist, but the fact that it is now intertwined with white supremacy is a historical contingency, not inevitability.
The other counterexample is Buddhism. It was born in India (and the idea of a unified India is modern) and it could easily adapt itself to wherever it find itself, hence why it ended up in Mongolia, China, Korea, Japan, etc. The four noble truth are supposed to apply to all mankind, I think Buddhist would disagree with the idea that it is reserved to certain ethnic group.
I don't know enough about Hinduism to comment on it. Like I said, a united India is a recent phenomena. I think if Hinduism is anything, it is Brahmin supremacist, because the history of Hinduism is so closely related to the emergence of the Brahmin caste, and that might be why there emerged a fascist strain of Hinduism, a taint that might be shared by many Hindu movement, but I don't know enough to comment, it might have relation to ethnicity.
Judaism is the clear case of a religion that has ethno element, although they are negotiated, with people allowed to convert.
