goro majima in Yakuza 0 is great representation for people who work in customer service against their own wishes but are really great at being a total doormat

There is a problem with playing zero as your second game after Kiwami, they just took a bunch of the assets and animations (and game mechanics) from zero and slapped them right into Kiwami. Still fun though!
