Tonight I made a big batch of spaghetti sauce with meat - nothing special, I just cooked up ground beef and a diced onion with garlic powder, then mixed that into store-bought sauce. This is the first batch I've done with the onion, and it turned out very nicely. I'm admittedly very much an amateur, but I'm enjoying myself and reliably making tasty food.
