So pecs are the chest, the male boob. That's the one you see body builders have big Ole boulders worth of, that they flex and suddenly they're hard as rock. They're named after your pectoral muscles
Abs are on your stomach, they're the '6 pack' people talk about, cuz, on high muscle definition, you see 3 lil rounded squares on each side. They're named after your abdominal muscles!
