I went over to my grandma's house, and she really wanted me to fix her computer. Apparently none of my boomer aunts and uncles could help her. I took a look at it, and noticed that the surge protector with all of the cords already plugged into it was unplugged. I plugged it in. It works now! Now apparently my grandma is making fun of the rest of my family that couldn't figure it out.
