I've been doing a thing on my private account where every day I wake up and make a post that's an arrow and when you click on it then words "get up, aisling" appear. I'm doing this partly to mess around with css BUT ALSO I've been dealing with long covid and getting out of bed is painful and it helps to process it by putting it into a vaguely ludonarrative context.
