I liked it here.

There was a lot I never got to explore here. It was cool watching everyone else though. Maybe someday I'll open up like that too.

Hey, I saw youโ€™ve been struggling with your meds lately. Have you seen this? Itโ€™s a Fedi post about people missing their meds. Looks like the government is looking for comments so they can communicate with the FDA. Thought you might be interested

this does seem to be more about the Business-y side of the equation, the FTC's jurisdiction is Businessy Things, but it looks like a lot of people are sort of just using it to vent about the shortages. and tbh i think that's fine. even if it's not exactly the kind of feedback they're looking for, it's the feedback they're getting and they can figure out what to do with it. i personally said in my comment (sans swears, plus eloquency... i hope) that i do not fucking care about The Market(TM), i do not think it is appropriate to let Market Forces determine whether or not we can all get the medication we need in the first place, and i don't know how to fix this, but someone needs to, because what's been going on is mass medical neglect. (it's not just ADHD meds either!)

i also e-mailed it off to my brain mechanic, my therapist and my pharmacy 'cause why not. people in those industries are extremely burdened by all that shit right now. patients are walled off from a full understanding of what's going on but pharmacy staff and prescribing doctors especially might have something insightful to share.
