the thing with rejection sensitive dysphoria, having dated and broke up with a person with it, is if youre not gonna hold that this is in fact a bad mental complex and you need to work on learning to fight through it and not just letting it take over your life, it is really not gonna work out for you in the long run. unlearning bad mental habits and patterns and complexes is a nightmare, i get it, but rsd is really just one of those insidious thought patterns that needs to be faced head on and fought through and unlearned or else you're going to be devoured by it.
