Builds are so much more fragile than regular OS stuff, and one can lose access to everything if not careful, because tensorflow will break and refuse to compile because somewhere upstream your OS decided to do a mandatory upgrade to GCC to a version tensorflow hates, and if you're not skilled in fixing shit, you're stuck waiting around for people smarter than you to fix shit, and that could take a while.
