Look at this specimen. Everything intact. Legs sharp and finely detailed. The smallest possible incision along the back where the cicada escaped. It's like holding featherweight statue of the real thing.
I wish I knew anything about using resin to preserve these. I'd love to put it in a paperweight or something.
