I'm thinking of making some digital goodies to sell online, which includes making some Twitch/Steam overlay sort of things. From my cursory research (pininterest) I see a lot of kawaii/pastel, and maybe some cyber/slick/black w/one color sort of looks, so I think people might be interested in more cartoony, bright and fun stuff. Which I could do?

I'm wondering if there is any real... want for this kind of sort of thing? I don't have a lot of streamer friends and IDK if they have the time to answer or give me insights but if you reblog this maybe it will reach the right person.

The subscription app stuff has always been
annoying but there's a special kind of hell for the business runners who put one film and cartoon in a franchise on one app, another holiday special, movie and cartoon series on the other, and then have one special only available on another app that has no other shows you want on it. I would rather have physical media bc this is bonkers.

I saw a youtube rec that was like, "2D Animation HAD to die", and I'm like sir? Sir. 2D animation has not died. Perhaps you meant, traditional animation at Disney? Because 2D exists. Its everywhere. Maybe its not done in the traditional format but we still animate. Literally art schools release student animated films each year???
