(also you did a great job on the blood effects, which is what i assume you used photoshop for? tbh i wouldn't have noticed any photo editing had you not mentioned it)
Yeah the blood effects is what I used photoshop for. I didn't want to go to overboard with it. I'm happy to hear you think my little set here is compelling 😄
I agree with Juli, this isn't silly, it's interesting! It's always really neat to see people's character lore, even when it's so tragic like this.
And I think the editing looks pretty good (though I think you may have missed it in the second shot? Maybe it's just a bad angle for me to tell), it's at least better than I would've done, lol.

regarding the PS edit, it's good! the stain looks good and follows the back shape, and the colour is believable. the only thing to be critiqued about it would be that it looks too static; i believe a wound like this would spread downwards very quickly especially on a white dress
i can see that yeah, thank you for the advice, i will keep it in mind, i definitely couldve added some more blood on for the white dress
