figured i'd post a little about today's work to keep everyone appraised of what the heck i do all day!
it's a pretty short list:
- continue processing tickets that require action (name changes, editorship changes, etc.)
- build out more support documentation for all new users!
we have some exciting (for me mostly, but also probably you) updates coming for feature request and bug reporting pipelines, so stay tuned!
as usual, we really appreciate your patience as we scale our support ops to, uh, support all the new coposters!
