hello, here is a two hour mixtape i put together of my FAVORITE SONGS that i heard in the year 2022. some of them were released in 2022 but many of them weren't. i wanted to highlight both things. this is the stuff i found most inspiring, that i came back to the most, that wormed its way into my brain the deepest.
it's mostly just structured in a way to flow the tracks i chose, but there is also sort of a progression from cerebral in the first part to emotional towards the end, and there is a really cool (imo) punctuation of this in one of the biggest transitions between songs partway through :o) so look forward to that!
incidentally, i thumbed through it a bit after uploading to mixcloud, and the quality is basically unacceptable now i feel? it sounds like it's at like 64kbps? OH WELL
