y'all ever just do 100 squats to burn off some game night calories before bed, and so learn that you can't "just do 100 squats" anymore1
like, I finished, but now I need to use my arms to stand up and I'm a little bit scared of tomorrow
the big question is whether this is entirely from the last ~year of depressed sedentry, or estrogen is finally messing with my muscles...

my legs have always been self-maintaining to an absurd degree. it stops at my hips; there is no exercise targeting the upper body that I expect to do even 10 of without feeling it. but squats have always been "until I get bored" even when it's been years
