The most shocking part is that it isn't a snake that scaped their "snake aquarium thing" and the house after that, it's that the snake owner was OUT with the snake!!! And lost it!!! What were they doing, taking it to a walk?
(I don't know anything about raising sneks, it's just an assumption that taking them out isn't common enough to justify you taking your eyes out of them in this extraordinary situations)

i think maybe the snake was kept there (with other snakes?)
