not directly, I've just seen that Parappa bot several times now and there's no indication it's opt-in, nor any apparent way to opt out other than just blocking it. and like, this one is harmless (beyond adding unpleasant noise to my feed because apparently quite a few people think it's cute and funny?) but the precedent is really bad.
Ahh okay, I hadn't seen it yet. Yeah, I'm not a fan of where this could go in the future.
