people keep telling me to move out of the US or offering me ways out and like... one, if the US falls to full fascism I'm not actually going to be particularly safe in any country that's the Great Destinations People With House Money Keep Recommending, and the other countries are at risk of US expansion.
whereas here at least I'll be able to consolidate with the other people those are leaving behind.
yes, having people elsewhere sending back cash will be helpful but like, most of these people aren't going to do that, they're moving to have less stress temporarily even if they don't realize how temporary it is
