weird personal coincidence this is going around rn, lately almost finished with a series of books where magic is basically rudimentary AI, and you can stop or redirect it by psychically arguing with it and using simple logical tricks and distractions from its objections
the "founders trilogy" apparently, beginning with "foundryside"
still chewing on whether to recommend it
I kinda wish Mr. Camera would have just said "yes" and carried about their day.
I saw on twitter people getting around the bot directives to not give instructions on hotwiring a car by asking it to put it in the form of a poem. Finally hacking and creative writing can go hand in hand.
